Partner Terms
LAST UPDATED 3 AUGUST 2026
Published openly so students can see the standards their providers are held to, and so prospective partners know exactly what they are signing up for.
1. Who can be a partner
A partner must hold a valid UAE trade licence for the service they provide, carry any insurance their category requires, and maintain a licence that is current. We verify the licence before activation and again at renewal; an expired licence removes a partner from the app automatically.
2. Service standards
- Accept or decline a booking within 2 hours during operating hours.
- Deliver within the window shown to the student.
- Update the booking status honestly and promptly — students are notified from it.
- Answer the customer-care number published against your listing.
- Tell THENU immediately when you cannot fulfil something. Early warning is always forgiven; silence is not.
3. Commission and settlement
| Term | Detail |
|---|---|
| Commission | Agreed per partner and per service, recorded in your partner agreement and visible in your dashboard |
| Invoicing | Generated automatically on the 1st of each month for the previous month |
| Payment terms | 14 days from invoice |
| Disputes | Raise within 7 days of the invoice; we hold the disputed line, not the whole invoice |
Where the partner collects payment directly from the student, commission is invoiced to the partner. Where THENU collects, commission is netted and the balance settled to the partner.
4. Student data
You receive only what you need to perform the service: name, contact number, address and the booking details. You may not use it for marketing, may not share it with anyone else, and must delete it when you no longer need it for the service or your own legal record-keeping. You never receive documents, other bookings, or any student data outside your own orders.
5. When a service fails
THENU refunds the student first and recovers from the partner afterwards. Where the failure is the partner's, the refunded amount is deducted from the next settlement. This is deliberate: a student should never be caught between two companies arguing about fault.
6. Grounds for immediate removal
- An expired or invalid trade licence.
- A hygiene, safety or licensing incident.
- Any abuse or harassment of a student.
- Repeated no-shows or a pattern of unfulfilled bookings.
- Contacting students to move business off-platform after being introduced by THENU.
7. Independence
Partners are independent businesses, not employees or agents of THENU. Each is responsible for its own staff, vehicles, premises, licensing and tax.
